My Mother has 3 acres, fenced, barn, etc. Off Big Lake Hwy. She is willing to trade free stabling for someone who will mow her yard (John Deere riding lawnmower provided), and keep up the fences in the stable area. This is a perfect situation for someone who doesnt mind taking care of business.
