I am looking for a place to live in the Lake Charles area. It has to be within 10 minutes of McNeese State University. 1 bedroom, 1 bath is fine. Rent no higher than $600/mo with all utilities paid or most utilities paid. Has to be in safe, quiet community. Doesnt have to be the most glamorous, but please nothing shabby and nasty. Pets welcomed would be nice, but its not a must. Some amenities I would like is: Swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, etc.
